Who should play indoor?
Indoor field hockey is a fantastic way for athletes to develop quickness, speed, footwork, on-and-off ball movement, technical skills, and tactical decision-making. It’s a great opportunity for players to enhance and refine their individual skills. If your athlete loves field hockey and wants to keep improving, indoor is for them!
